Lewis & Clark
A medium bodied dry white wine. A blend of Seyval, Vidal Banc and
Vignoles grapes gives this complex French-style a crisp finish of ripe pear and grapefruit.
Chardonel
A unique, dry wine done in traditional Chardonnay oak style; made from a grafted cross between the California Chardonnay and Seyval variety vines.
Callaway Bluff
A blend of Vidal Blanc and Muscat grapes gives this semi-dry, German-style white wine a clean, light finish with floral aromas and fruity flavors.
Kingdom Bluff
A semisweet German white wine with apple-like crispness blended with
Seyval, Vivant and Riesling grapes.
So Blue
A luscious, sweet white wine with peach, strawberry and kiwi fruit characteristics, So Blue is a blend of Vidal Blanc, Seyval, Vivant and Riesling .grapes.
~Reds~
Norton
A deep, complex, dry red wine made solely from the Norton grape variety. Oak-aged for one year with extended skin contact, the “Cabernet of the Ozarks” is known for its intensive richness and long finish.
Legend
A medium-bodied red wine made from the Norton and Chambourcin grape varieties; fruity berry aroma with a touch of earthy/spicy complexities.
St. Martin
A medium-bodied dry wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin grapes. This wine is named after the St Martin Catholic Parish. Summit Lake Winery donates a dollar to the parish for each bottle sold.
St. Andrew
A semi-dry blended wine made from the
Norton and St. Vincent grapes. This wine is named after the local Catholic parish. Summit Lake Winery donates a dollar to the parish for each bottle sold.
Rose
A chilled semi-dry red wine, made from 100% Chamboucin grapes. These grapes were picked in mid August and pressed off the skins prior to fermentation giving this 2006 vintage a light, clean finish.
Red Rider
A sweet red wine made with a fantastic blend of grapes. This wine was named by locals after the Katy Trail and is a Hartsburg location favorite!
Missouri Port
This blend of Norton grape is fortified with alcohol during fermentation, which gives the hand-bottled, sweet dessert wine subtle aromas of pepper and
truffles.
